Candlewood Arts Festival

The 4th edition of the Candlewood Arts Festival includes a performance by Karla Diaz on Galleta Meadows centering community stories from Borrego Springs; a newly commissioned sculpture by Debra Scacco engaging the stories of water embedded in the land around Borrego Springs; the return of a sculpture by Pearl C. Hsiung inspired by our relationship to nature and the form of desert flora; and an exhibition of work by students at Borrego Springs High School and Middle School along side work by past Candlewood artists. Art making workshops, an artists' talk, and a celebratory opening party with refreshments. Free and open to everyone. Full schedule and details on the website.
