Stargazing Student

Something I truly enjoy in Anza-Borrego is stargazing.  Stargazing in itself is such a unique activity.  Anza-Borrego is one of the true dark sky areas left in the US.  Borrego is one of the few places to offer this.  Many people ask me how this brings me enjoyment.  To me it's peaceful to watch and its a fun activity to do by myself.  It's also fascinating to astronomers and the astronomical studies.  For future travelers, I'd like them to know this is a one-of-a-kind activity.  Being a local gives me a great amount of astronomical knowledge.  The universe is indeed changing!
