The International Aerobatic Club Chapter 36 San Diego Hammerheads are back in the skies April 28 – April 30 at the Borrego Valley Airport for the annual Spring Roundup competition. Bring your umbrellas and lawn chairs to enjoy this amazing three-day competition.

Since 1975, they’ve promoted precision aerobatics through coaching, competition, and camaraderie.
Each year, IAC36, whose home airport is Borrego Valley, hosts two of the largest aerobatic contests in the country. Everyone from student pilots to world-level competitors takes part.

The Borrego Valley Airport is easy to find just 3 miles east from Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs. From Christmas Circle head east on S-22 (Salton Sea Highway). After the four way stop at the elementary school the airport is about 2 miles further on the right (north) side of the highway. Check out the Propeller Restaurant at the airport for food, drinks and entertainment!
